Well they did repairs I did not ask for but other than that I'm satisfied. Specifically my air filters i just replaced them and your mechanics replaced them again and charged me.

They went above and beyond when they fixed my car. They even cleaned the stubborn black stain off the headrest on the driver's side when they washed and cleaned my car after fixing it. They explained what needed to be fixed and how much it will cost. There were no hidden fees and costs after my car got fixed.
They were focused on my warranty and I wanted a diagnostic. They did not focus on my request.

I received a call from the General Manager of Honda Huntington Beach after we leased an HR‑V. I had given a 1‑star review because we felt the sales manager led us to believe that maintenance service on our leased car was covered by Honda. I later learned that the maintenance cost was actually taken out of our down payment. After I explained this to the General Manager, he told me he would refund the maintenance cost. I never received the check. For this reason, I am rating this dealer 1 star (and would give it a negative rating if possible).

Everything is great there other than the prices prices are too high. I wanted to get my brakes checked 99% of other mechanics and stuff will check your brakes for nothing you guys wanted to charge me $25 just to look at my brakes I can get an oil change synthetic for 3999 you guys want 7999 so it’s the prices that I can’t tolerate but as far as your service to people and answering their questions, I think you guys are Great.
