Quick, easy and wonderful. Tony was great to work with. Tony looked through my car history and discussed the current service and any possible upcoming service.
He was very nice and kept me informed on Saturday but I had to wait longer than I expected. Also, when I left he forgot to warn me about all the warning lights that would be flashing since they put on a temporary tire. I had to go back to reassure myself that the lights were supposed to be out of order until the new tires were installed properly. It was very distracting having to drive with warning lights from Saturday until Monday.

Even though he was being trained on a new computer system for point of sale or orders or maintenance, Jason still gave us 100% of his time, attention and focused on us, great customer service. He walked through everything that was done and explained to us what was coming up on our next maintenance. I only go to this dealership because of the service advisors. Benito has been caring for my car for over 20 years, and has never led me wrong. He doesn't try to upsell, but won't let me be unsafe either. He keeps detailed notes about my car, and remembers everything. Clayton is great too! Honest, friendly, and easy to deal with.
I had done my homework was ready to purchase, gave my price to Nguyen and Isaiah, no haggling over my offer. They sold me the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted and gave me top dollar for my trade in. No pressure on extras, warranty etc. A shout out to Sunshine Stephanie at the front desk as well. Great experience! Nguyen is a great guy. I told him my price and wanted I wanted, he called me back in 10 minutes and made it happen. By far the easiest process for buying a car. I went to 3 other Honda dealerships in person, the experience was very different. Honda HB was great will definitely go back when I need another car.

I have been a loyal Honda customer for 15 years, but my recent experience with the service department has completely destroyed my trust in this dealership.
I brought my car in for an A/C issue, and the service department diagnosed it as a faulty condenser and replaced it. Within three months, the A/C failed completely again. After multiple return visits and a frustrating runaround, they finally admitted there was a misdiagnosis back in March—the true issue was the evaporator core all along.

Second visit to finish off air conditioning. From the minute I got there I was taken care of very well from Benito and his team. Excellent service he explained everything that needed to be done continued on from the week before. I understand the pricing along with some of it under warranty and it was completely reasonable price. From the shuttle ride home to the uber ride back and the check in emails of how everything was going; very well communicated and excuted. A++ service!!

This was an unexpected visit to the dealership. A service indicating light suddenly appeared on the dashboard. Fortunately Norm Reeves Honda was able to repair the issue on a busy Saturday.

Clayton was my vehicle service speacialist and he provide excellent customer service. He was kind, professional, and patient with my questions. He also provided great updates on what my vehicle needs were and on his recommendations. I was short on time and yet he and his department provided a swift service. I also want to thank Edgar, who was the technician that changed my tire and provided excellent work and professionalism. My experience was nonstressfull because of them. I definitely will have my car be service by them again.

The day I was to collect my car Clayton was not there. It took 3 calls and 2.5 hours to reach another agent. She was great but an extra item I asked for hadn't be done so I had to wait on that before I collected my car.

I love the service department and we will return, but the sales department turned me off the past few years with their overly inflated add on charges. We went to another dealer when we bought our last Honda and then our latest car purchase was a Toyota. Those extra charges were ridiculous.
