Service for my civic was super smooth, I scheduled an appointment online and was in and out in under 1.5 hours. Coffee in the waiting area. John Le always provides clear, detailed information. He explains the work that needs to be done and is sympathetic when the technician always finds additional service that needs to be performed. And there is always something more that needs to be done with every visit.
A complaint that I do have is that I own a 2013 Odyssey. It is well known that the factory paint job on this model was inferior. Needed a full diagnostic test for my AC unit and oil pan. John Le was able to help me out with getting my car serviced quickly in the same day and I received the test results by 3pm. This store serviced my AC unit in 2023 so I was very happy they could help me again.

We came to get our second FOB that took over a month to get. I feel that sometimes the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Some miscommunication. But in the end we got the FOB so all is well.

They checked it out, replaced Freon and now it is working great! I had an appointment and I was surprised how quickly it was done! Thanks for taking good care of my CRV!
