The new Honda Passport comes outfitted with a 3.5L V6 engine under the hood that comes mated to a 9-speed automatic transmission with Shift-By-Wire and Paddle Shifters. The engine is able to boast an impressive 280 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque.

Another appealing factor of the Passport performance is that the engine features Variable Cylinder Management™ (VCM®). This feature will reduce the use of half of the cylinders in the engine during routine performance. By reducing the use of six cylinders to just three, the vehicle’s fuel consumption will drop and its efficiency will boost.

Cabin Space & Media Features

The Passport cabin offers 115.9 cubic feet of space for its passengers. Both rows offer 40.1 inches of headroom while the first row offers 40.9 inches of legroom and the rear offers 39.6 inches. The rear offers 41.2 cubic feet of cargo space, but when the seats are folded, the cargo space can expand to 77.9 cubic feet.

The cabin also offers a vast assortment of media and technology features. The dashboard includes a 5-inch LCD screen that gives you access to the entertainment options like the Bluetooth®, AM/FM radio, or the device you’ve connected through the USB or auxiliary inputs.

Drivers can upgrade to include Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ that are included with the 8-inch screen. These systems will integrate your phone into the touchscreen so you can stay connected from the road!
